  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed items
  • Items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging

Not Eligible

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Intimates and swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items with perfume, deodorant, or stains

How to Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 300 123 4567 or email returns@zarqayna.pk with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Our courier partner will pick up the package from your address at no extra cost.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all standard items. Simply request an exchange via WhatsApp or email and we'll ship the new item once the original is picked up.

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refund to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or card (5-7 business days).
  • Store Credit: Instant store credit with a 10% bonus (e.g., PKR 5,000 refund = PKR 5,500 credit).
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
